3 outfits to try in spring 2019

Spring is just around the corner. The weather gets warmer, so we will have to stop wearing those sweaters and warm winter coats, and instead give way to the lightweight and bright clothes.

There are many kinds of clothes and accessories that are fashionable during the spring months. You can experiment with different colors and motives, and get the look, in which you feel gorgeous.

Here are some suggestions of combinations, which I definitely LOVE:

1. White jeans and off-the shoulder top
This will make a fantastic outfit for a day out. The best thing is that the white jeans give you the opportunity your top to be whichever color you like. However, I suggest combining them with light and pastel colors. Especially light pink. Moreover, off-the shoulder tops look amazing in spring! I feel like the outfit will go well with both sneakers and sandals. So, it’s up to you. You can also add some jewelry to finish the look.

2. Skirts
Skater skirts, denim skirts, pleated skirts – they are all perfect for the warm sunny days! Wear them with a basic or crop top and you can’t make a mistake.

3. Denim and floral motives
You can combine denim jeans with floral shirt. This way your outfit will look fresh and stunning. In my opinion flowers are an essential motive for spring. Why not try this outfit?

Don’t be afraid to try new things, experiment. Wear the clothes you feel confident in and remember that the smile is the best accessory. Wear it every day and every outfit will look amazing.

Weight loss: Cardio vs Lifting

Many people struggle with obesity and often find themselves in a tricky situation simply because they do not know whether they should do cardio or lift weights. It is hard to know which is a better use of your time and which will have more benefits on your body. So in this post I will cover the basics you need to know about cardio vs lifting for weight loss 1. Weight training helps you burn more calories everyday - although weight training doesn’t burn as   many calories as a cardio workout, it has other important benefits. For example it is more effective than cardio for building muscle, and muscle burns more calories at rest, including fat. Because of this, it is commonly said that building muscle is the key to increasing your resting metabolism — that is how many calories you burn at rest.   2. High-intensity Interval Training or HIIT -   it provides similar benefits to Cardio, but in less time. Although weight training and cardio are two of the most p...
